THE SHELF LIFE OF BEING

Liv Vinluan

Liv Vinluan’s Possibly a Million Discarded Brushtrokes from Year 2015 to 2021 is an assemblage made from stained painting rags that the artist used in her studio for a number of years. Sewing the pieces together and creating an installation work on-site inside the gallery, Vinluan re-defines the gallery space as a site for production, exhibition, and art-making.
