Faye Pamintuan (b. 1994) lives and works between Texas, USA and Bulacan, Philippines. She received her BFA in Painting (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Her works navigate through the process of western abstraction whilst observing the influence of the environment, weather, and climate in her art-making.
Pamintuan started working on Topple Over and Under in 2018 and had only completed it recently while in government mandated quaratine due to COVID-19 protocols in the Philippines.
